Re:Place is a composition of reflective surfaces and light that creates an interactive experience, inviting the audience to reflect on everyday life, the relationship between the body and its surroundings, and the perception of space. Through shifting reflections and movement, the sculpture invites moments of pause and exploration. Designed as a series of sculptures, Re:Place’s goal is to activate a storefront in East Williamsburg, creating a space for engagement and the reinforcement of collective memory of the neighborhood.
